One of the most glaring aspects of Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer is it's a very male-driven film. Of course, it sticks to history as best it can, and as the cinematic narrative allows. But it's also testament to the time: the 1940s was defined as an era where men wielded power and influence all across the world.
