When Marvel's Ultimate Invasion began, it introduced a whole new version of the Ultimate Marvel Universe in the form of Earth-6160. This pastiche of the previous Ultimate Marvel Universe as crafted by the Maker, as much to his liking as it might be, is still filled with the kind of turmoil that fans would expect of any other iteration of the Marvel Universe. At least, that is how things appear on the surface, but the truth behind the wars the Maker is fighting run far deeper than simply adjusting key moments in history, and his stranglehold over this world's greatest heroes proves it.
