Ahsoka, the latest Disney+ series set in the Star Wars franchise, follows the eponymous former Jedi (Rosario Dawson) as she desperately works to keep the villainous Grand Admiral Thrawn (Lars Mikkelsen) from returning to menace the galaxy after the Empire's fall. Set between the events of Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens, Ahsoka and its sister series, including The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett, set up a new era for the Star Wars galaxy, all leading up Dave Filoni's upcoming finale event, a rumored adaptation of the Heir to the Empire book from Legends.
