Brooklyn Nine-Nine's Adrian Pimento (Jason Mantzoukas) was a character -- and yes, that's an understatement. He was volatile, unhinged and said some questionable things during his tenure with the NYPD and beyond. However, because of his personality, he also had some of the funniest lines on the show.
