Ms. Marvel (a.k.a. Kamala Khan) may have started out as an Inhuman, but she was always meant to be a mutant. Such was the case in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and now, the comics are following suit. The synergy with Kamala's TV show series is seeing her now tied to the X-Men. This retcon is likely due to several factors, but it should be followed up with a similar change to two other heroes.
