The release date trailer teased a ton of exciting story beats about Cloud, Zack, and Sephiroth, and early next year we'll finally get answers. Resident Evil 4 is one of the best games in one of the best years for games, which is definitely saying something. I never played the original, and I loved diving into RE4 remake earlier this year.
Final Fantasy XVI Is $20 Off
Another great game on PlayStation 5 is Final Fantasy XVI, which is also on sale for $49.99 today. If you just need to scratch that Final Fantasy itch before Rebirth comes out in February, this is a great way to do it. It's the most action-heavy Final Fantasy yet, which may be divisive to some, but the game is an absolute showcase for the PlayStation 5 hardware.
Fire Emblem Engage $25 Off
Fire Emblem Engage really slipped through the cracks for a lot of Switch owners this year, as it came out in January when 2023 was just getting underway. If you missed out, you can grab the strategy RPG for $25 off, which is a pretty hefty discount for a first-party Nintendo title.
