At the midway point of Loki Season 2, a lot happened involving some of the missing players from the Time Variance Authority chessboard. Ravonna Renslayer, Miss Minutes and Victor Timely, a He Who Remains variant, all made their debut. With a lot going on, there wasn't as much time for scenes showcasing the ever-deepening friendship between Loki and Mobius. However, in what seems like a throwaway scene, Mobius gave a level of respect to Loki he'd never gotten before but looked for his entire life.
