It's been six years since the third season masterpiece of Twin Peaks premiered on Showtime, and the series' dedicated fan base is still talking about it. While the finale managed to finally provide closure to a series that originally ended on a frustrating cliffhanger 25 years prior, its dark ending of uncertainty only raised more questions while offering no real answers. Of course, given the dark nature of the show overall, perhaps it should come as no surprise that it ended in such a way.
