Recently, Marvel Comics announced that Frank Castle would retire as The Punisher. Castle's bloody legacy was passed to Joe Garrison, a retired black ops agent from S.H.I.E.L.D., who took it upon himself to continue Castle's war after he exiled himself from the Marvel Universe. The run will be written by David Pepose and illustrated by Dave Wachter.
