Amazon had plenty of great Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals this year, with massive discounts on just about everything you could expect from TVs to video games and everything in between. Now that these two major shopping events have come and gone for 2023, Amazon has revealed the top-selling items overall, as well as some interesting statistics about this year's sales. The Top-Selling Items For Amazon Black Friday and Cyber Monday 2023
The most popular items purchased during Black Friday and Cyber Monday this year at Amazon were revealed, and they probably aren't what you were expecting.
Amazon reported that more than one billion items were purchased worldwide during the limited 11-day sales period. While the most popular items sold were quite varied, Amazon also highlighted the top-selling items from small businesses, which, combined with medium-sized businesses, accounted for nearly half of all sales made during Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
For eco-conscious shoppers, Amazon details relevant sustainability certifications for specific products as part of its Climate Pledge Friendly program, which saw an increase in sales as compared to last year's Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping events.
Amazon's line of renewed products, which features refurbished electronics at discounted prices, also saw an increase in sales year-over-year, led by the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, Vitamix Explorian Blender, and the Xbox Series X console.
While the big shopping events may be officially over, many retailers still have Cyber Monday deals available or are kicking off a new wave of sales leading up to the holiday season.
