Along with being a grand space opera with impressive lightsaber fights, Star Wars has always had deep and complex themes permeating throughout the stories. Ahsoka will be no different, and the trailers hint that one of the major thematic threads will be apathy, and exploring how it connects back to George Lucas' original message of selfishness versus selflessness. This is most clear in the New Republic and the fallen Jedi Baylan Skoll, his apprentice Shin Hati, and Marrok, the former Imperial Inquisitor.
