The best news for Wednesday, September 13 aren't really deals per se, but big upcoming product releases from the recent Apple stream. The new Apple Watch Series 9, AirPods Pro with USB Typ-C, and Apple Watch Ultra are all set to release on September 2 and are already up for preorder. Other actual deals for today include an RTX 4070 GPU for the best price we've ever seen, an Anker 10,000mAh power bank for less than $11, an Apple Watch SE for only $129.99, a 34" Dell ultra-wide gaming monitor for $350, and more.

Preorder the Apple AirPods Pro 2nd Gen (USB Type-C)

Out September 22

The new AirPods Pro that was announced today is the same model as the 2nd generation AirPods Pro earbuds that was released a while ago. The only difference is that this new model has replaced the Apple Lightning port with the more universal USB Type-C. That might sound like a very trivial update, but for people who want to consolidate all of their mobile devices with the same charging cable, this is a godsend.

Preorder the Apple Watch Series 9

Out September 22

Unlike most of the other Apple Watch updates before it, the Series 9 is actually a rather significant improvement over the Series 8. The biggest upgrade is the new Apple S9 SiP processor, which is significantly more powerful than previous models. Other improvements include a display that can get both brighter and dimmer than before, an increased 18 hour battery life, and a new "double tap" feature that lets you operate apps using the hand your watch is on without having to touch the display at all.

Preorder the Apple Watch Ultra 2

Out September 22

The Apple Watch Ultra 2 is a more modest improvement over the first generation Ultra. It looks identical to the original Ultra with its rugged titanium body and sapphire crystal glass face, but there are some internal improvements like a 50% brighter display and a longer 72-hour battery life.

PS5 DualSense Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition Back in Stock on Amazon

This controller has been sold out on Amazon most of the time since it was first available for preorder, but now it is back in stock and ships out immediately. This is, in my opinion, the best looking official DualSense design so far. It costs $10 more than the solid colored DualSense models, but I think it's worth the price to get the two-tone black/red design.

Anker PowerCore Slim 313 10,000mAh Power Bank for $10.79

If you're looking for a very inexpensive power bank from a reliable brand, then we've got a deal for you here. The Anker PowerCore Slim 313 is one of the slimmest 10,000mAh power banks around. It's almost the exact same dimensions as an iPhone 14 (only 0.2" thicker). There are three types of connections, but it's important to understand which is input and which is output. USB Type-C and Micro USB are INPUT only, which means that you use either of these ports to charge the power bank itself. USB Type-A is OUTPUT only, which means this is the port that you use to charge your other devices. It's capable of delivering up to 12W of charge using Anker's PowerIQ and VoltageBoost technologies.

Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Video Card for Only $549.99

Amazon has just recently dropped the price of the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card to just $549.99, making it the least expensive RTX 4070 we've ever seen. The GeForce RTX 4070 performs almost identically to the RTX 3080 and, at this price, it's $150 cheaper than the 3080's launch price. The RTX 4070 is an excellent choice for someone who (1) wants to run all of the latest games comfortably in 1080p or 1440p, (2) wants to stay as futureproof as possible with the newest generation GPU with DLSS 3.0 support, and (3) doesn't want to spend a crazy sum of money.

Today Dell is offering its gaming-oriented 34" Dell S3422DWG ultra-wide gaming monitor for only $3479.99. That's a pretty hefty price drop from its original $500 MSRP. It's easily one of the best ultra-wide monitors you can get for under $400 and has an excellent warranty.

34" Dell S3422DWG 3440x1440 Ultra-Wide Gaming Monitor for $349.99

The Dell S3422DWG is one of the best 34" ultra-wide gaming monitors on the market. It sports an ultra-wide 3440x1440 16:10 resolution and an 1800R curve. 1440p resolution is still the sweet spot when you have to compromise between image quality and performance. The Dell S3422DWG utilizes a VA panel, which boasts a 1ms response time, 144Hz refresh rate, 3000:1 contrast ratio, and 90% DCI-P3 color coverage. It's not officially G-SYNC compatible, although we have personally tested it and G-SYNC does indeed run fine on this monitor (as is usually the case with most gaming monitors these days).

Apple Watch SE for $129

The fact that you can get a fully featured Apple Watch for only $129 is very impressive, especially coming from Apple. Although it was released back in 2020, the 1st gen Apple Watch SE is still a very relevant watch. The 2nd gen Apple Watch SE might have a newer S8 processor, but it's technically only one generation newer than the S5 processor found in the original Watch SE (the S8, S7, and S6 have the same CPU). Aside from that and crash detection, it has pretty much every sensor and feature you'd find on the 2nd gen.

The Apple Watch SE sports a gorgeous Retina OLED display. It's powered by the same S5 chipset that you'd find in the Apple Watch 5. Its sleek aluminum casing is water-resistant up to 50 meters. It features an accelerometer, gyroscope, and altimeter, optical heart sensor for heart rate monitoring and irregular heart rhythm detection, GPS and motion sensors for tracking your pace and distance when exercising, sleep tracking, and more.

4-Pack USB Adapters for $4

(2 x USB Type-C to Type-A and 2 x USB Type-A to Type-C)

Amazon currently has a 4-pack of Basesailor USB adapters for only $4 after you apply coupon code "60L7H95V" (Exp Soon). That comes out to only $1 per adapter. A quick Amazon search shows that pricing usually starts at $4 per adapter and can go up from there. These are really useful for when you have too many USB Type-C devices and only a few USB Type-C ports available, or vice versa. The 4 pack includes two USB Type C to USB Type A adapters and two USB Type A to USB Type C adapters.
