The X-Men’s Captain Krakoa has been the friendly face of the island mutant nation bearing his name. Captain Krakoa is also the face associated with a recent attack on the U.S. Capitol. The hostility comes during Krakoa’s latest Hellfire Gala and seeming mutant massacre, launching Marvel’s Fall of X event. The public believes all of Captain Krakoa’s actions to be that of one man. The anti-mutant conglomerate Orchis, however, has covertly orchestrated the creation of a second individual to impersonate Captain Krakoa.
