Audiences are sending mixed messages when it comes to Blue Beetle, the latest film from DC Studios. The film stars Xolo Maridueña as Jaime Reyes, a college graduate who accidentally bonds with a mysterious scarab to become the latest iteration of the superhero Blue Beetle. Working together with his family and Jenny Kord (Bruna Marquezine), the daughter of the previous Blue Beetle, Jaime must take down the villainous CEO of Kord Industries, Victoria Kord (Susan Sarandon).
