The Time Variance Authority returned after more than two years in Loki Season 2, but one fan-favorite character has yet to be seen. The breakout star of the first season wasn't Mobius, Ravonna Renslayer or even He Who Remains. Rather, a sweetly sinister cartoon clock named Miss Minutes (voiced by the inimitable Tara Strong) captured the audience's hearts. Yet, she's not been seen in either of the first two episodes. However, TVA whiz kid Casey figured out that Miss Minutes might have plans of her own to stymie Loki and his friends in Season 2.The TVA is in utter disarray after the death of He Who Remains and the abdication of Judge Ravonna Renslayer, the de facto head administrator.
