In 2019, Demon Slayer explosively rose to prominence as a must-watch shonen action title, and some of its best scenes and episodes practically broke the internet, a few years before Luffy's use of Gear 5 in One Piece did the same. Even if Demon Slayer isn't a decades-old shonen anime that requires extensive binging, it's absolutely worth a watch, and should appeal to anime fans of all stripes.
