The allegations against animator and voice actor Justin Roiland led to his firing from both of his hit animated series, Solar Opposites, and Rick and Morty, back in January. Since then, both Hulu and Adult Swim have decided to recast Roiland's characters rather than cancel their series altogether. However, both have also approached the prospect of doing so very differently.
