Zack Snyder's Rebel Moon is getting a sequel in April 2024. But if you don't want to wait that long for new content in this sci-fi universe, there's also Titan Comics' prequel series Rebel Moon: House of the Bloodaxe. The fourth and final chapter of that story is also due out in April, revealing the untold story behind two of the film's major characters.

House of the Bloodaxe is written by Mags Visaggio (Transformers vs. The Visionaries) and drawn by Clark Bint (Killtopia), and with colors Francesco Segala. The series is set five years before the events of Rebel Moon Part 1 and focuses on two characters in particular, Cleopatra Coleman's Devra Bloodaxe and Ray Fisher's Darrian Bloodaxe.

As war is looming on the horizon on the planet Shasu, the reluctant ruler of the Bloodaxe family is conflicted between living up to his father’s domineering legacy and maintaining the peace. It is up to him to settle the conflicts within himself, and his family, before the entire planet erupts into war.
