In Utero is a new graphic novel created by award-winning Australian writer and artist Chris Gooch. Aimed at a young adult audience, In Utero is a monster horror story that follows a 12-year-old girl, Hailey, who ends up at an underfunded daycare service in an abandoned shopping mall. The poorly supervised kids discover several mysteries within the derelict building that threaten not only their safety but the safety of the entire city and maybe even the world. Twelve years ago, the city suffered a terrible and mysterious mass casualty event. Now, Hailey and her mysterious new friend Jen may be the only hope the world has to avoid repeating that terrible catastrophe.
