Wish, the latest movie from Walt Disney Animation Studios, hits theaters this week in time for the Thanksgiving holiday in the U.S. From the director of Frozen and Frozen 2, Wish is a musical-comedy set in the all-new kingdom of Rosas. IGN's Wish review praised its visual appeal and memorable music while knocking its lack of inventiveness and gravitas.
Wish will be in theaters this week. If you're wondering how and where to watch it, take a look at the info below.
Where to Watch Wish – Showtimes and Streaming
Wish will be in theaters beginning tomorrow afternoon with a wider release date of November 22. To find when and where you can watch the movie near you, check the local showtime listings at the main theater sites below:
Wish Streaming Release Date
Wish will eventually be released on Disney+, rather than Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, or Max.
Disney has yet to announce a streaming release date for Wish, but given the recent history of Walt Disney Animation Studios releases, our best guess puts Wish on Disney+ around December 22. This is based on the studio's past two films — 2021's Encanto and 2022's Strange World — which were both released in November and came to Disney+ exactly one month later.
