Rita Repulsa is the original Power Rangers villain. While there have been plenty of foes in the series' thirty-year run, very few can compare to the first. Rita is everything that makes a good villain. She's intimidating and powerful, with a giant army at her beck and call. She has a real rivalry with the Rangers, as their mentor Zordon has stopped her before. Plus, she's got an extremely entertaining personality. She often swings from exaggerated gloating about her own genius to angry grumbles about her underlings' incompetence. However, she never could beat the Rangers.
