Just in time to kick off the new year, Netflix delivers a dark crime comedy, The Brothers Sun, blending familial antics with bloody action and an international scope. Los Angeles college student Bruce Sun (Sam Song Li) is reunited with his long-lost brother Charles (Justin Chien), who has risen to become a formidable gangster in Taiwan in the wake of their crime boss father's assassination in Taipei. As the two brothers try to get to the bottom of who is gunning for them, Bruce is shocked that their mother, Eileen (Michelle Yeoh), is aware of this criminal double life and no stranger to its blood-soaked stakes.
