Eddie Brock's character has made some great leaps over the years. From disgraced reporter to King in Black, Eddie has quite possibly had the most shocking trajectory of any Marvel superhero. Of course, none of that would have been possible if not for how receptive Eddie has been to the people in his life who helped him the most, even if they didn't know that was what they were doing. This is precisely the case when it comes to Eddie's oldest rival, and while Peter Parker may not realize it, the King in Black has the chance to say it to his face.
