When Orchis launched their all-out assault on mutantkind, even the greatest mutant heroes were forced into the shadows. Now, Nightcrawler stands as the lone mutant fighting out in the open. Or rather, he is one of the few mutants hiding in plain sight, although Nightcrawler's new career as Spider-Man is so fitting that it might just last even after Orchis' machinations have been brought to a grinding halt.
