Prime Video's fantasy The Wheel of Time, based on the beloved series of novels by Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson, follows five young heroes on a quest that could save or destroy the world. As the show enters its second season, each character in the ensemble cast will be faced with new threats and drastic changes. Lan Mandragoran, played by Daniel Henney, is the ruler of a kingdom that no longer exists and a Warder sworn to protect an Aes Sedai who may no longer need or want his elite fighting skills. Egwene al'Vere, portrayed by Madeleine Madden, is training to become an Aes Sedai herself, which means leaving behind her village life and her loved ones to focus on her innate ability to channel the One Power.
