Lucasfilm has been making Disney+ the home of big-budget Star Wars productions as of late, but when the time comes for the franchise to reassert its theatrical presence, an adaptation of the Darth Bane Trilogy would take the brand in exciting new directions. It seems like Lucasfilm has been having some production turmoil, considering how hard it's been to greenlight and produce upcoming movies, even after taking the pandemic into account.
