We already knew the second half of Invincible Season 2 was coming next month. And today, Prime Video shared a new trailer of what fans can expect from the latter half of season 2.
The trailer focuses on Mark Grayson following the events of the fourth episode of Invincible Season 2. While also foreshadowing a new enemy that threatens Earth. The trailer also provides another glimpse of Angstrom Levy, a villain who appeared in the first half of Invincible Season 2 and can travel to different dimensions via portals.
Like the first half of Season 2, part 2 will consist of four episodes; one episode will be released weekly on Prime Video, with the premiere set for March 14, a different release structure compared to Season 1.
However, in an interview last summer, Robert Kirkman explained that episode four of season 2 is "definitely a midseason finale kind of episode." Fans caught up with the show might concur with that now that the first four episodes have been out for a few months.
In our review of the midseason finale of Invincible Season 2, IGN said: "In the midseason finale, the world's worst father returns with an offer Invincible can't refuse."
While we have to wait and see how Season 2 will end, it's a good time to remind friends we won't have to fear a cliffhanger for the series as Prime Video announced in 2021 that it had renewed Invincible for a second and third season.
