The Marvel Cinematic Universe has finally confirmed the Defenders Saga, comprising hit Netflix series like Daredevil and The Punisher, to be official franchise canon. After years of build-up, the MCU used the recent Disney+ series Echo to finally take the final steps in grafting the popular television universe into the larger franchise.
