In 1977, George Lucas introduced the world to Star Wars, a story set in the galaxy far, far away in an ongoing struggle between the evil Galactic Empire and the heroic Rebel Alliance. Throughout his original saga, as well as through the prequels, Lucas explored the lore behind the Force, a power used by heroes and villains as they vy for the balance of power. Multiple heroic Jedi have been explored throughout the franchise, but some come out ahead of others in living up to what being a great Jedi means.
