After a nine-month hiatus, Doom Patrol is back to conclude its fourth and final season with six new episodes. The first of these episodes, titled "Orqwith Patrol," is largely preoccupied with resolving the cliffhanger ending to the impromptu mid-season finale nine months ago. With that in mind, the episode functions better as a part of a whole rather than a standalone installment in Doom Patrol Season 4, finally introducing the season's primary antagonist after months of build-up, but not much else.
