Monarch: Legacy of Monsters wrapped up its first season, but also left many story threads open to help accentuate the MonsterVerse movies. Some even feel fresh to the narrative in a stunning manner. From revealing the Axis Mundi as the space between the surface and the Hollow Earth, to how the Titans use portals and the underground network, the show does more than enough to differentiate itself from the big screen.
