The nominations for the 96th Academy Awards were announced this morning in Los Angeles. Christopher Nolan's biopic Oppenheimer leads the way with 13 nominations, including recognition in the major categories for which it was eligible. The three-hour epic is followed closely by Poor Things, with 11 nominations; Killers of the Flower Moon, with 10; and its release date partner, Barbie, with 8.
