The Star Wars universe has proven over the decades just how vast the canon can be and how many powerful characters exist in different corners of the galaxy. But more than any era, the Age of the Republic was the best example of how vast and unique these characters can be and, most importantly, that they could exist in any capacity and profession. Even still, one of the most likely places to find these unique faces was in the Jedi Order, especially during the Clone Wars.
