The Wheel of Time is deep into its second season and fans have been already treated to a litany of surprises and stunning moments. On top of Lanfear being revealed at the end of the fourth episode, it seems that the Seanchan are finally putting their plans into action. Another major focus of both season has been the Aes Sedai Liandrin of the Red Ajah. Fans of the books know her to be a strong antagonist of the Aes Sedai from the Two Rivers. While the series has shown Liandrin to be friendly and kind to Nynaeve, Season 2, Episode 5 "Damane," has finally revealed Liandrin's true motives.
