Sony's Spider-Man 3 isn't considered the worst of the Spider-Man films, but it is certainly near the bottom of the list due to a host of issues. While it introduced the iconic and highly-anticipated villain Venom to the series, it still failed on multiple fronts, including the way it handled the iconic villain. Now, Insomniac's Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is just around the corner, and, for better or worse, it bears a striking resemblance to Sony's Spider-Man 3.
