Star Wars fans can always be relied upon to pick up on any inconsistencies in the space fantasy franchise's canon. In recent years, Star Wars underwent a major shift in its canon when Disney acquired Lucasfilm and rebranded all previous EU material "Legends." This allowed Disney to begin a new canon with the sequel trilogy and various Disney-produced Star Wars TV series, comics, novels and other media. But even within this new canon -- as was certainly the case within the Legends continuity -- inconsistencies seem to arise from time to time.
