One of the things that makes Mace Windu stand out the most among the various famous Star Wars characters is that there is so much to be explored about his past. Up until this point, he has only had a single comic book miniseries, 2017's Jedi of the Republic – Mace Windu. That series was set during the events of The Clone Wars. Marvel is about to change things up through a new Star Wars: Mace Windu series this coming February, in a story set before The Clone Wars began, and Marvel has provided CBR with an exclusive preview of the first issue of the upcoming comic book miniseries (which is on Final Order Cutoff this Monday).
