If you love Fire Emblem and have been looking for something similar, Dark Deity may be just what you've been waiting for. Between grid-based movement, a battle team largely comprised of fantasy child soldiers with a wide array of hair colors, relationship building, and a 'weapons triangle' type of 'rock/paper/scissors' gameplay, there are lots of familiar elements. And, as luck, would have it, IGN Plus is offering keys for Dark Deity right now.

What is Dark Deity?
Dark Deity is a fantasy tactical RPG by Sword & Axe that is set in the world of Terrazael. A team of promising young military students have had their education cut short by war, conscripted into the army before graduation. Now it's up to them, and their newfound allies, to join the fight and save their homeland.
The gameplay will be instantly familiar to Fire Emblem fans, and players will be able to advance their characters into more advanced classes as they progress. In between missions, you can strengthen your fighter's skills with each of their equipped weapons, letting you lean into a style of your choosing. You can also build relationships between your characters as they sit around the campfire.
