A Georgia elementary school principal earlier this week canceled a speech that writer Marc Tyler Nobleman was about to give to students at Sharon Elementary School.in Forsyth County, GA, about Bill Finger, the unsung co-creator of Batman who Nobleman has written about in the 2012 children's book (with illustrations by Ty Templeton), Bill the Boy Wonder: The Secret Co-Creator of Batman, over the use of the word "gay" in Nobleman's speech (referencing Finger's son, Fred).
