Loki has been one of the longest-running characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since his introduction in the first Thor movie in 2011. Over this 12-year period, Loki, the God of Mischief, has gone from an ally to a villain, then an antihero to a full-fledged hero, displaying one of the finest character arcs in the history of the MCU. In the Season 2 finale of Loki, the Asgardian-raised Frost Giant truly came into his own. Many loose ends were tied up, but that doesn't mean that the finale did justice to a character that has been in the MCU almost from the very beginning.
