2023 was a rough year for entertainment due to the writer and actors' strikes that were going on early in 2023. Many productions were shut down or postponed. Some finished projects weren't allowed to be advertised or released. That said, even with the challenges, 2023 saw the release of some of the best horror movies of the last few years.
