Nudity is nothing new in movies or TV, whether with masculine or feminine bodies. The shots are included for various reasons and can vary based on if the nudity was planned or accidental and left in. Even though nudity is often heavily sexualized and can be controversial like Sharon Stone's Basic Instinct interrogation scene, nude scenes aren't inherently inappropriate. As such, they can pop up in pretty surprising places.
