Constantine is one of DC's premiere magical characters, with ties to other Vertigo characters and the members of Justice League Dark. Thus, it's highly likely that the scoundrel magician will show up in some capacity in the upcoming cinematic DC Universe reboot. Due to the much higher profile of James Gunn's DCU and its planned projects, however, said shared universe needs to be home to the only cinematic version of John Constantine.
