Before the Marvel Cinematic Universe rose to prominence, Marvel movies of the past were largely dominated by Fox's X-Men universe. In those movies, countless characters were introduced, and, in time, Deadpool eventually appeared in his first solo outing. Between him and Wolverine leading the charge for Fox in the later 2010s, the studio managed to hold its own as the MCU continued to grow. Now, after years of anticipation, both powerhouses will be working together in Deadpool 3, but not before having a bloody fight.
