Disney has announced that several of its more popular series will no longer live solely on their streaming platform. Loki, WandaVision and The Mandalorian will be making the jump from Disney+ to Blu-ray. On the face of it, this may seem like non-news, as movies and TV series release on Blu-ray frequently. However, the fact that these were originally streaming series represents an important shift in media ownership.
