Typhoid Mary has always been a wildcard no matter what part of the Marvel Universe she finds herself in. This couldn't be made more clear than in Realm of X #1 (by Torunn Gronbekk, Diogenes Neves, Rain Beredo, and VC's Clayton Cowles). Following the mass banishment of mutants from Earth, Mary, and a few other prominent X-Men, ended up in the realm of Vanaheim, one of the ten realms that connect to the Asgardians. It was revealed that they were part of a prophecy to help the Vanir during a battle for Vanaheim.
