One Punch Man is one of those series that has managed to find its way to the tip of every shonen fan's tongue as a recommendation, and it's easy to see why. The humor is easily accessible for people who may not be regular watchers of anime, the animation is amazing, and the story is fun and interesting without being too overtly complex. While superheroes may be one of the easier topics to parody, One Punch Man does it in a masterful way that allows for a lot of nuance and opens more questions than it answers up front.
