While Attack on Titan originally introduced Hange Zoë as an eccentric genius, with much more emphasis on the eccentric, Hange became a beloved member of the main cast by the beginning of the series' second season. Throughout the series, they have grown from a low-ranking, strange Scout into a peerless leader and soldier.
