Daedalic Entertainment's action-adventure title The Lord of the Rings: Gollum was meant to give players an opportunity to experience one of J.R.R. Tolkien's most iconic characters from The Lord of the Rings during the time period between The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. Unfortunately, the Lord of the Rings adventure has painfully gone down as one of the worst video games of 2023 for an overwhelming number of reasons.
