In My Hero Academia, the majority of humans possess some type of Quirk, including villains. Shigaraki Shigaraki is arguably the strongest villain in the series, and he received a major power-up in Season 6. There are not many characters who can beat this new Awakened Shigaraki, but there might be a few villains who can.
